Peter THINKS that Hawke might be jealous but Hawke doesn't admit it. 08/31/22 | After Peter's device sends Hawke a picture that Jon sent HIM of a cursed-looking object....Hawke invites him out on a date to discuss something that's been on his mind. He admits that he has feelings for Peter and Peter admits that he feels more than friendship for Hawke. They agree to see where it might lead them - after Peter talks to Juno - and then the rest of the night turns into a game of questions about each other. 10/10/22 | Peter steps in during the rescue mission to the Pit to stop Hawke from being killed, and then helps him back past the power-nullifying barrier. 11/25/22 | During Tumenalia, Peter rescues a caged Hawke and takes him home for the rest of Tumenalia. (ONGOING) 12/28/22 | A discussion of Hawke's plans for the new year during Chris' Candleglow celebration. Peter offers his help in terms of extralegal activities that Hawke might get into during his attempt to reform Duplicity and figure out a way to let people come and leave from other worlds. There is definitely more to Huaisang than meets the eye. He likes to pretend that he is silly and frivolous and cares for nothing but pleasure but I am absolutely certain that is not true. The only question is how dangerous he REALLY is. He's let me glimpse behind the mask once or twice now, and I still don't have a perfect sense of what depths are behind it. Not that it really matters. Even if he were just a silly rich playboy, he's kind about it. I care about him very deeply, actually. And those glimpses beneath the mask have felt something like an honor. |

I seem to have an affinity for scars and abrasive personalities. I know he isn't Juno. I'm not sure he has the same unflagging determination to do good no matter the cost, but there is a desire there. I know that he WANTS to do good, even if it gets messed up sometimes. He is very cute when he's flustered. And he's clever, and there's a softness below all that prickliness. He is protective and funny in an understated way and... And I'm terribly in love with him. Which isn't to say that we don't have our ups and downs. Communication is not exactly his forte. But I think we are making headway there too. And there are new complications. I'm terrified to lose him, but...I hope it doesn't come to that. I think it won't. |

(Peter is a bit of an asshole for asking...but it'll serve him well later.) 06/01/20 | ...And then Peter gets his own banny bite and admits to having romantic feelings for Jon. Which Jon admits to reciprocating. After Jon talks with Martin - who tells him that he is free to see where this leads - he and Peter meet to discuss this possibility. Jon tells Peter about Elias and the danger he poses and also tells him more about the Archivist and how he was used to bring about the apocalypse. Peter admits, in turn, to his less-than-aboveboard thieving practices. Luckily he intervenes and things are cute. 09/06/20 | During Peter's search for a new Dom, Jon recommends Sally Timms and Tim Stoker and then...takes back his recommendation for Tim. 09/23/20 | Jon advertises for the Archives post-Elias' disappearance and Peter responds to (subtly) congratulate him. Jon invites him on a date to the aquarium and some fish puns are made. It's cute. 10/16/20 | Jon stays after Peter's housewarming party to help him clean up a bit...and grumble about Huaisang and the Chevalier. And be nosy about all Peter's guests while they cuddle. 10/26/20 | An attempt at pet play goes really poorly thanks to Jon's trauma around it after Elias sexually assaulted him AND Jon's refusal to mention any of this to Peter. Jon tries to downplay it but ends up getting triggered and having a bit of a panic attack. Peter is upset but talks him down. "I love you"s are exchanged and then a few days later they have a much calmer discussion about the whole thing. 11/17/20 | Jon's response to Peter intervening in an argument Jon and the Chevalier have publicly over the network. Jon comes over to cook dinner for the both of them and decides he's going to gently order Peter around. It goes over very well. 11/24/20 | Jon tracks down Peter to tell him that Martin has returned again...without any memories of Duplicity. He explains that he doesn't want to tell Martin right away about his relationship with Peter because it would be a lot and Martin will probably be jealous. They agree to have Peter try to make friends with Martin on his own - and seduce him?? - before also agreeing that until Martin knows what's going on, they can't see each other romantically anymore. 12/14/20 | Jon has to kiss 6 people for 5 minutes each to get an item from the Repair Shop for Gerry. He asks Peter to be one of those people...but the outcome ends up being a bit sad and stressful. 12/23/20 | Jon and Peter arrange for Peter to "run into" Martin at the Winter Market but then things go a bit sideways when Jon ends up snagged by tinsel. Peter and Martin rush to rescue him....and then everyone has to kiss everyone. 01/03/21 | After the tinsel and the kissing, Peter and Jon finally fill Martin in on the arrangement his predecessor agreed to and hope that he will agree as well.
