It's good, actually. He's helping a friend. He can't abandon Morrigan just because he's not heard of the results of his talk with Juno yet. This isn't a situation where their feelings have changed, so really it would be horrible if he did turn Morrigan down.
Nevermind that they don't need traditional quota anymore, or that they both have multiple other less complicated partners that don't have this pall over the relationship, or that they're both going to feel poorly when they're done. Absolutely nevermind that.
